Ladies Learning to Lead
Ladies Learning to Lead is a Florida nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that provides professional leadership development training and life skills to young ladies in middle and high school. Our focus is to prepare young ladies through opportunities where they feel challenged, respected and accountable to strive to meet the demands of life.

To promote the quality of life for participants, L3 offers an empowering curriculum of activities in the areas of professional development , leadership training, cultural capital, mentoring and volunteerism, civic engagement, and academic guidance.

Our mission is to empower young ladies to become leaders by building confidence, character, and leadership skills to prepare them for college, careers, and life.

Our vision is to be the national catalyst for preparing young ladies for life through college preparation, career development, mentoring, and leadership training.

Program Fee
Early Application $150 per girl (Until March15, 2024)

General Application $250 per girl (March 16- April 15, 2024)

Middle school & high school girls only. Includes lodging, all meals and snacks, materials, and prizes. Free business clothes available if needed.
Scholarship Application
This application will be used to select which applicants will receive a $150 scholarship to pay the program fee for conference.
Leading Lady of the Year Award
WIN THE LEADING LADY OF THE YEAR AWARD!
Submit your application and an essay to be considered. The top three applicants will receive awards and only one will receive the Leading Lady of the Year Award. Prior awards have included theme park tickets, $100 cash, gift cards and a special plaque.
