Learn & Get Inspired
Middle and high school girls from all over Florida and Georgia apply to attend the largest Conference for girls in North Florida! Young ladies "go to college" for a weekend, lodging in the dorms for 2-nights and 3-days on the campus of Florida State University learning how to prepare for college, careers, and life. National speakers and mentors provide wisdom and knowledge to attendees. Lodging, meals, materials, and prizes are included in program fees. Young ladies are supervised by group leaders, and L3 staff, and campus security all weekend. Professional attire is required and can be provided at no cost to girls through our L3 closet. Exercise sessions will require workout clothing, and Collegetown night will require casual attire. Young ladies enjoy an unforgettable, safe, and fun experience to give them a competitive advantage for their futures.

The Annual L3 Leadership Conference for middle and high school girls takes place on the campus of Florida State University where inspiration and education go hand-in-hand, resulting in intense sessions and passionate discussions. Strategic sessions and work groups are designed to deepen the knowledge and action that is necessary for their success in college, careers, and life.
